As sales director in Snaige refrigerator factory he was in charge of sales supervision more than 30 countries. Rolandas’ experience includes: Set up and management of an international sales organization, strategic planning, controlling, supply chain and P&L; Business development, export-import operations; Launches in new markets and of new brands, OEM projects.
