He worked in Whirlpool EMEA as sales, Lithuania market director and business development manager in Lithuanian and Russian markets. As sales director in Snaige refrigerator factory he was in charge of sales supervision more than 30 countries. Rolandas’ experience includes: Set up and management of an international sales organization, strategic planning, controlling, supply chain and P&L; Business development, export-import operations; Launches in new markets and of new brands, OEM projects.
